MISSION
Our Mission is to provide COMFORTABLE AND STABLE HOMES, MENTAL HEALTH AND SUPPORT SERVICES, CONTINUITY OF CARE and PROPER AND ADEQUATE STIMULATION for children and adults with special needs as an alternative living arrangement, wrap around services and mental health care services. This arrangement shall include parental or family figure with deep commitment to honoring and protecting the choices and rights of individuals in our care; providing local and national exposures and opportunities with aim of making a change in their life through youth, adult, and life development programs and trainings and towards independence and self sustenance.
VISION
We focus on the members capacities, strengths, and developmental needs on one hand (such as caring relationships, safe places and activities, Physical health, mental health, marketable skills, opportunities for service and civic participation) and their weaknesses and problems on the other hand. We will engage their diverse talents, skills, and interest involving them in planning and decision making. We will show them the correlation between learning and sports, clubs, arts, and community service through education and opportunities to connect with wide range of adult and peer mentors to provide them with sense of security, belonging and opportunities for personal and professional growth and development. To always raise the standard for quality of care that is worthy of emulation by other providers.
OUTCOME
These attributes when achieved will empower the individuals with social competence, problem solving skills, autonomy (sense of self-identity and an ability to act independently and to exert control over his or her environment), and sense of purpose and of a future. These we believe will in turn provide them safety and structure, belonging and membership, self-worth and an ability to contribute, independence and control over one’s life, closeness and several good relationships and competence and mastery. That the aforesaid will be self evidence of their recovery or healing.
