CSC hopes that each employee's employment is successful and long lasting. We encourage employees to invest in their career at CSC. No employment will be offered without completion of Employment Aptitude Tests I-III and Test IV while employed. Such test is used for Competency and Efficiency Evaluation to determine eligibility for employment at Care Solutions Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or member organization. All applicants must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA and a minimum of thirty (30) College level credits in a course in any human service field. It is mandatory for applicants to attend all trainings and orientations required before start of actual duties and continuous training and retraining as scheduled in line with our hiring and training policy.
